At Sencha Tea Bar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium loose leaf tea and teaware. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unopened products and accessories.

Return Process

Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
2.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all tea tins remain sealed and teaware is in its original packaging; please include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
3.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the items back to our central distribution center.
4.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our tea masters inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
